Benedict Studios - Designs were typically a lighter gauge copper and incorporated mixed metals in the form of copper and brass.  Refined rivits held separated pieces of metal together.

OMS or Onondaga Metal Shops - Designs tended to be heavier gauge copper and incorporated both copper and iron into some pieces.  Forms were hammered in a way that indicated they were raised instead of spun, but most often all pieces were spun in one form or another.

Gustav Stickley's Craftsman Workshops - Designs and forms are well documented in publications with the occasional rare and important commissioned finds.  Most pieces were signed but some were not.  It takes a seasoned collector to tell pieces made by the three firms apart.
