An combination ash tray and match holder done in copper.  Notice the design of the match holder.

Here is another great example of a Benedict Studios ash tray and match holder.  The hammering and color is identcal to the work done on the Benedict Studios humidor listed below.  Notice the variation in the match holder and connection to the tray itself.  Original patina, just the way you find them and leave them.  A big thanks goes out to fellow collector and metalsmith FZ.  Keep up the good work!

Benedict Studios ash tray and match holder.  Notice the oval shaped cigar holders which was a signature trait of Benedict ash trays.  Nice detail in the match holder as well.  The bases shaft is very similar to some of their lamp bases and candlesticks.

A Benedict Studios ash bowl and match holder with applied brass horse head and horse shoes.

A real nice early Benedict ash bowl and match holder.  Great form and original patina.

This is another great example of an ash bowl with match safe.  Notice the original patina, just the way you want to find them.  This one is unsigned but due to the heavier gauge copper I'm leaning torwards OMS.  Great design and craftsmanship in this piece.

Another unique version of the ash tray and match holder.  Real nice work on the match holder itself.

Hammered brass Benedict Studios ash tray and match holder.  The match holder is a dead give away.

The signed OMS version of the ash tray and match holder.

A great and somewhat hard to find Benedict Studios hammered copper and brass smoke stand and match holder.  Original patina and some really great craftsmanship in the bowl and match holder.

A detailed view of the smokestand.  Notice how heavy the gauge of copper is that supports the match holder.  This also serves as a means to pick up the stand, which is very heavy by the way.

Benedict Studios humidor with curled strap feet and hammered brass finial.  This example is done in brass and copper.  There are a few different variations of this form differing in both metal composition and ornimentation.

Another example of the Benedict Studios humidor.  This one done in all copper with the original patina.

Another version of the humidor.  Notice the different finial, which is very similar to the ball feet on the jardinieres.  Photo used by Permission.

Another yet slightly different version of the Benedict Studios humidor.  This one is done in copper with brass strap feet and a rounder finial.  Photo courtesy of Treadway Galleries.

Benedict Studios tobacco jar.  Notice the similar finials on the lids.

Another Benedict Studios tobacco jar.  This one was cleaned in the past but will regain some color over time.

Another great Benedict Studios hammered copper and brass humidor.  Notice the heavy bar stock handle and decorative brass trim along the base.  Photo courtesy of Rago Arts.

Here we have a great example of a rare Gustav Stickley hammered copper humidor with a great white oak finial.  The original patina has been removed, not by me of course.  Another classic example of what "not to do" to the finish.  Word to the wise, when it looks dirty, just leave it alone.

A great little smoke set.  These sets were produced by both OMS and Benedict Studios.  This set is signed with the Benedect Studios anvil mark.  Some forms differ in height and length.

A large Benedict Studios humidor.  Notice the similarities between this piece and the smoke set.  Photo courtesy of Rago Arts.

Here is a fine example of a Benedict Studios humidor.  Nice original patina and the form just screams Arts & Crafts.  The work in this piece really shows off the the caliber of work these artists were capable of.  Photo courtesy of Liveauctioneers.

A fine Gustav Stickley humidor or document box done in hammered copper and fumed white oak.  Photo courtesy of Treadway Galleries.

OMS and Benedict Studios match cups.  Notice the slight variations in the forms.  The OMS piece on the left is slightly heavier than Benedict one on the right due to the gauge of copper used.

A neat Benedict Studios ash tray with applied brass antique car motifs.

The matching ash tray to the ash bowl above.  Signed Benedict Studios.

Another example of the car motif ash tray.

Signed Benedict Poker tray.  These are a great classic design that Benedict did.  Sometimes you may run accross and unsigned one but most of the ones I've seen have either the "anvil" or the "B" mark.  There are some unsigned ones floating around but these are unmistakably Benedict.  If anyone runs across a signed OMS piece like this, forward me a pictuire and I'll add it to the list..
